Finlandia Hall
Finlandia Hall is a dynamic, multipurpose venue located in the centre of Helsinki. It is the leading congress, event and entertainment venue in Finland. Centrally located, in park-like surroundings, Finlandia Hall is ideal for healthcare Forums and tradeshows, as well as for smaller workshops and meetings. The venue has hosted numerous international congresses and other events over the years and is considered one of the most iconic buildings designed by world-renowned Finnish architect, Alvar Aalto.
Our host hotel
Scandic Park Helsinki
A magnificently renovated hotel right next to Helsinki city centre and close to excellent transport connections, Scandic Park is the ideal property for M&I Healthcare Europe. The hotel faces Töölö Bay and is just 650 yards from our meeting venue, Finlandia Hall. Inside there are 500 rooms, 16 flexible meeting and banqueting facilities for up to 500 people, and a private parking garage for 100 vehicles.
Suppliers
To qualify, all suppliers must acquire a Healthcare Venue Certification which includes an online audit, assessment and training course which validates their property as a specialist healthcare venue. This accreditation is designed to provide suppliers with a deeper understanding of International Healthcare Sector regulatory codes and corporate policies in relation to meetings and events, and in turn, ensure more effective 1-2-1 meetings.
Highly qualified healthcare event buyers will only meet with venues that have been pre-approved for healthcare business. This way, we have streamlined event planning to ensure your business meetings are the most effective.
